Powerful Companion Software

The final step to the PES-System revolves around our innovative software created just for the Patent Bar Exam. This powerful software, the PatExam Engine™ is much more similar to the actual test than just answering questions from past pencil and paper exams.

Fully updated for the current MPEP. Includes NEW questions we have prepared to specifically help you learn the new material. Works with PC's only.

The software includes over 600 different PTO Exam questions pertaining to the new laws and rules (old questions that are now out-of-date are not included). But it's not just a compilation of old exam questions, it has a couple of special modes to it...

1.	Learning Mode.
	You may manually select the topics you want to answer, giving you complete control and vastly accelerating your learning. All the while, you'll be saving your time and zeroing in on the most important details. You will receive instant feedback on your answer selection. When you're finished with the questions from the selected topic bank, the software will prompt you to re-take the questions you missed one last time. Your score will be recorded so you can track your progress over time and focus in on your weak areas.
2.	Exam Mode.
	The second mode allows you to take simulated exams with no feedback until the very end of the session. You will be given 50 random questions from the question bank and 3 hours to complete them.

The current version of the MPEP is included (in PDF format) right on the CD for your convenience. You may switch between the MPEP and the PatExam Engine™ during both the topic and exam modes.

One note -- you may notice that others are offering old exam packages with many more questions. Let me explain why...

We have taken out the questions that are repeated from exam to exam. They have not. We have also removed all the questions that have been affected by recent changes to the MPEP. Again, they have not. As you can see, more isn't really better in this case -- if you study questions that are no longer relevant, you will only hurt your chances of getting a passing score.
