The PES-System Patent Bar review course consists of 3 steps. First you learn the basics of patent law, then the details and finally you answer practice exam questions. This article covers Step III, which revolves around our innovative test prep software.

Therefore, there are 2 modes to this software:
Learning mode: You select which topics you want to answer questions from. We have broken down all the questions into topics. There are over 50 topics for you to choose from. In the learning mode, you can get feedback on your answer immediately so you know right away if you answered right or wrong. You can use this software side-by-side with the MPEP. Just open the chapter the topic you are on covers and there will be no need to jump around. Master one chapter at a time before moving on.
A detailed score history reports let you see which topics you need help with.
Simulation mode: This is where you try an actual, timed practice exam. You will receive 50 questions from the question bank and have 3 hours to answer them. This is considered one exam session. The exam is actually two 3 hour sessions totaling 100 questions. In the simulation mode, you do not learn of your score until you reach the end of the exam. One of the best features is the ability to mark questions so that you can mark the questions you’re not sure of to review later (just like in the real exam).
This mode will also present you with a detailed score history report that breaks down your score by topic. Again, monitor the topics you need help with.
You can easily open the MPEP in PDF format and use it side-by-side with the exam software.
