Two Simulator sessions is equal to the real exam. Trying a few Simulator sessions will help you prepare for the pace of the real exam.

Strategy

A percentage of our clients try to pass the exam just by memorizing practice exam questions. This rarely works as the USPTO edits the existing questions and creates new questions. These new questions are protected by copyright law and cannot be published.

You will do best by following the program. Learn the material in the Guidebooks by reviewing it first and then taking the Workbook Quizzes. Only when you have gone through all of the material in Step II (and have scored 70% or above on each quiz), should you try the practice exam questions.

It's best to start with the Topic Exams so you ensure you have seen every question in our question bank (we have approximately 500 questions in the question bank). Then try the Exam Simulator. At that point you may find you only need to take 1 or 2 Simulator sessions to feel ready for the actual Patent Bar exam.

Review the Course Structure for more tips on the best study strategy for using the course to pass the exam.
