Important! Please be aware that you will see many new questions on your exam. The USPTO is constantly creating new questions for the Patent Bar exam. There is no way to avoid this which is why we encourage you to learn the material through our Guidebook + Workbook quiz system. Scoring 70% or above on our simulator will not necessarily equal a 70% or above score on the actual Patent Bar exam. Please just use this as one tool to prepare for this very difficult exam.
Taking practice exams will help you see the question style as well as further help you learn the material. While you will see many of these exact questions or very similar questions on the exam, you will see many new questions. You must learn the material in order to pass, memorizing questions is not enough to get a passing score.
In addition to seeing new questions, you will see more complex questions than those we have created for you here, especially in regards to AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and PCT related topics. Again, you can be best prepared by working through the Guidebook + Workbook quizzes. You may need to take extensive notes on these two topics like you would expect with any complex material you are trying to learn.
