AIA 35 U.S.C. 102
Expect to see several very complex AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 exam questions when you take the Patent Bar exam. Make sure you take and pass the Workbook quizzes from the 35 U.S.C. 102 chapter. Please note: We have separated out pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 from AIA 35 U.S.C. 102. The reason is 35 U.S.C. 102 is a heavily tested topic on the Patent Bar exam.
