The courses are available online as a 100% web-based experience. There is nothing to download or print out. Most of the information is in video format with short, concise videos. You can watch the videos at your own pace.
These courses are geared for individuals in the patent law profession (or those planning on going into it), engineers, and scientists. You can pick the right training for you from our catalog and will gain access to it for 12-months.
Each course comes with 12-months of access. We are planning for all of them to hover around 90 minutes in length. That means you can easily gain the knowledge from a course within a few weeks.
Right now you cannot get CLE (continuing legal education) credit by taking our courses. We may consider applying for CLE credit if clients are interested.
We are creating these courses for patent agents, patent attorneys, engineers, scientists, patent paralegals, and others in the patent law career field so we’re not just focusing on attorneys.
The courses are created to help you increase your professional knowledge. There is a downloadable certificate granted upon completion of any of our courses, but CLE credit is not granted.
Yes, you can go back through the course materials after you complete the course. You will have 12 months of access to any courses you enroll in.
